Acceptance
By ordering from our site, you accept our general terms and conditions.
Shopping
We deliver in- and outside of the Netherlands. For deliveries an additional fee can be asked, these costs will be agreed in mutual consultation. In terms of payment, we accept direct bank transfer. Prices are stated in EURO.
Shipping
We will ship your order as fast as we can, normally within 7 workdays of placing your order. You will receive a conformation that the package is on its way. Normally you will receive your order within 2–7 workdays in Europe and 5–14 workdays outside of Europe. We cannot guarantee this for the full 100% because we are depend on other parties. Claims for late deliveries are not accepted.
Customs
These are costs that the customs may charge you depending on the value of the package. We cannot ship our products with the term “gift” or with a lower value than on the invoice.
Packaging
The products are packed in a box or envelope. When a delivery is missing or damaged we ask you to contact us by e-mail.
Product information
We do our best to make sure that all of the content on our site is correct. However, we reserve the right that unintentional errors may occur. Colors on your computer screen are not always 100% accurate.
We will only send you e-mails if you ask for more information. We might also use your e-mail address to confirm your order/request and to respond to any inquiries you make online. We will not pester you if you don’t ask for more information.
